I’m a firm believer that fall home decor should be simple. I don’t like to completely overhaul my space for a season. Instead, I focus on curating a few pieces that make my space feel cozy, comfortable, and warm for the fall and winter months. Our Fall Shop has beautifully curated fall pieces to help inspire you to design both simply and seasonally.
Last week I stumbled across this fall color palette from Magnolia Home. I just love the deep, rich colors that make a comeback during the fall and winter seasons. It’s fun to incorporate these color patterns through blankets, florals, and accent colors in your home. These rich colors are found in the Landscape Print, Hand Block Quilt, and Clay Chunky Knit below.
You all already know I adore Afloral when it comes to high-quality faux florals for our city apartment. You can explore more in my post Fall Florals. I love love LOVE the deep plum color found on these Plum Ramosa Leaves. The leaves would be a beautiful addition for both the fall and winter months.
With a change of seasons, comes comfort recipes that warm the body and soul. These cookbooks: Cook Beautiful, The Garden Chef, Every Day have been inspiring me to start experimenting with more comforting and hearty meals as the days grow shorter and cooler. I’m hoping to make a big pot of Chicken Tortilla Soup next week.
Additionally, I like sourcing extra warmth through candles and sconces. These black taper candlesticks are a beautiful way to incorporate height into your space. I couldn’t possibly create a fall home decor roundup without including a pumpkin candle. I really like the price point on this Walmart find!
