I’m ready for cooler temperatures here in North Carolina. It’s been a beautiful summer season filled with intentional journaling, time spent in the garden, and new recipes in the kitchen. We recently welcomed a new puppy into our family. Having her around serves as a constant reminder for me to be more mindful and intentional with my time. She demands a lot of attention, but fills our days with such joy and happiness.
I’m entering this fall season with a joyful and present heart.

INSPIRATIONS LATELY 9.7
Here are a few of my musings, creations, and inspirations lately, 9.7 edition.
This photo of autumn in the English countryside stopped me in my tracks. I am dreaming of cooler temperatures and views like this!
There are many elements to appreciate in this entryway including, the large branches, vintage wooden table, and glass light fixture. Styling an entryway can be challenging, but this space is an excellent reminder that simplicity can make a significant impact.
I find inspiration in this small yet charming bathroom. The sconce shades were personally selected by the owner and the mirror was discovered at a nearby antique store. It’s amazing how even a small change, like replacing a faucet, can have a significant impact on the overall look and feel of the space.

I love the use of paneling instead of backsplash tile; it elevates the kitchen and creates a larger space by drawing the eye up.
